Subcontractor safety programs are reviewed for compliance, and regular meetings are held with employees and subcontractors so that safety is top of mind.
Pricing &
Budgeting
In early design phases, relevant historical costs and current subcontractor input is considered help owners and design professionals make educated decisions with a realistic budget. Once designs are complete, we solicit bids from extensive and properly vetted subcontractor lists to ensure a competitively priced final contract amount or GMP.
Quality Control &
Inspections
In addition to internal daily inspection and observations, our superintendent, project managers and field operations officer participate in weekly meetings with owners, design professionals and subcontractors for walkthrough inspections. These inspections help identify potential issues or deficiencies and corrective action is made to ensure project timeline and quality.
Scheduling
Projects
Scheduling in early design is based on similar projects and refined throughout the design phase. During construction, our team updates the schedule with input from subcontractors, weather and material deliveries. Areas can be identified for more acceleration if necessary, and updated schedules are presented at each project meeting for review.
Project
Close Out
A punch list is developed in coordination with the owner and design professionals to limit deficiencies and promote quality control. The project manager provides the Owner electronic closeout documents including as-built plans, warranties, certificates and operating manuals. We maintain close contact with the Owner during the warranty period to ensure the building and associated systems are functioning properly.
